Type of service to expect

This is a one room spa and only one therapist on staff and I am the owner. I have 16 years experience in the business and I am serious about my work. If you are not looking for a real, therapeutic treatment, please find another spa. A combination of Swedish massage and deep tissue massage is used to create an effective type of treatment to obtain results. During a sports massage, deeper pressure is applied at certain spots combined with stretching and other specific techniques. I also offer prenatal and oncology massages. Thank you and see you soon.
